And for making this possible, we need a bit of your help. We are looking to launch our platform before April and need your assistance with it.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in Strategy/Business Consulting firms for 2-4 years or in Corporate Strategy offices of early/mid-stage startups. Additionally, we limit ourselves to hiring candidates who graduated from IIM ABCLK, FMS, SPJAIN, ISB, and XLRI. Our latest new hires are MBAs from same institutes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Develop recommendations for new initiatives and projects.

- Work with other departments to implement strategic initiatives.

- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

- Communicate the company's strategy to employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- MBA with 3 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail.

Though we are thinking of offering a competitive compensation based on your current drawn CTC, we will be offering a maximum compensation of ~60LPA with 15% of it as a variable part + Annual Bonuses (as and when we receive funding) + ESOPs (PS: We received a term sheet in Dec'24 from one of the largest global investment banks).
