Workday Data Lead

• A minimum of 5 years experience within similar roles and project delivery experience with one or more ERP implementations in HCM or Financials.
• A flexible and a delivery-focused perspective with the ability to engage, inspire and motivate colleagues, even in challenging circumstances
• Expertise in HR systems (Workday preferred) and their integrations with bolt-on technologies.
• Superior attention to detail, organisation and analytical skills and able to manage conbflicting priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• Have strong communication skills and able to collaborate, working well across multiple workstreams, teams and markets.
• Ability to lead and motivte a data team.
• An excellent understanding of data structures, conversions and migration strategies within the contact of a global HR Transformation programme using Workday
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
