Workday Integration Lead:

Location : Hyderabad

• Minimum of 5 years in integration roles, with at least a year in a lead or managerial capacity on large-scale HRIS or HR Transformation projects.
• Proven experience with Workday integration, including Core HR, Payroll, and other HR functions.
• Experience with multi-country integrations and HR transformations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with legacy HR platforms and data integration methods, including API, EDI, and other middleware solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong team-building and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in system analysis and solution design.
• Desirable but not essential bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent work experience
• Preference will be giving to the candidates who can join at the earliest
