Workday Security & Advanced Report Building

We are seeking a skilled Workday Security & Advanced Report Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday security configuration, advanced reporting, and analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday's security model, reporting framework, and integration with business processes. The candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance security controls and deliver actionable insights through complex report building.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Workday Expertise:
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday Security and Advanced Reporting.
• Proficient in Workday modules, including HCM, Core HR, and Payroll.
• Implement and maintain Workday security roles, domain policies, and business process security policies.
• Define and configure user-based, role-based, and segment-based security models.

Design and build custom reports using Workday Report Writer and Advanced Report tools.

• Create calculated fields, matrix reports, dashboards, and custom analytics.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Workdays security framework and calculated fields.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques.
• Analytical Thinking:
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.
• Communication:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Workday HCM Certification
• Workday Reporting or Security Certification
