Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented APAC Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a strong understanding of diverse markets, cultures, and hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for APAC roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the APAC region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Stay updated on APAC market trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's culture and employer brand in the APAC region.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in APAC recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diversity in the APAC region.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
