Senior AR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Executive to join our finance team in Chennai. If you have a strong background in accounts receivable, accounts payable, forecasting, and collections, wed love to hear from you!

Job Details:
Location: Chennai
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (US Shift)
Experience: 2 to 4 years in finance

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage daily operations of AR & AP functions
✔️ Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations using QuickBooks
✔️ Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on payments
✔️ Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end & year-end closing
✔️ Handle financial forecasting and collections
✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoicing/payment issues
✔️ Maintain internal controls and assist with audit preparations

Requirements:
Education: B.Com + MBA in Finance
Experience: 3+ years in AR, AP, forecasting, and collections
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial processes
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
