Assistant Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Payroll Management:

• Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain and update the HR Master database and validate the bank master database for accurate disbursement of salaries.
• Process full and final settlements, including calculations for gratuity.

Employee Relations:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Handle employee grievances and work towards conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Performance Management:

• Collaborate Identify performance gaps and assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Assist in identifying training and development needs.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision making

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure company compliance.
• Support in drafting and updating HR policies.

HR Operations:

• Manage employee records and HRIS systems.
• Oversee the attendance and leave management.
• Handle exit formalities including exit interviews and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Exceptional command over Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
