About the job :

- Integrate strategic priorities into a Requirements Traceability Matrix.

- System life cycle.

- Deliverables shall include configuration and change management, participation in configuration control boards, processing change requests, and coordinating with technical support organizations.

- Assist in Technical Implementation using best industry practices and Perform system administration, system maintenance and sustainment engineering for development, testing, and production environments.

- Implement problem resolution including system troubleshooting and requirements and software analysis throughout the system life cycle.

- Perform all aspects of program and technical planning and resource management and provide well thought out technical solutions based on best business practices.

- Provide configuration, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows servers configured within an Active Directory environment.

- Provide creation, maintenance and deletion of user accounts, groups and rights within Microsoft Active Directory and Manage Microsoft Group Policy within a Microsoft Active Directory environment.

- Manage DNS, DHCP, WINS, VPN, IIS and FTP services within a Microsoft Active Directory environment.

- Maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Lifecycle Management Plans, Installation and Support Guides, After Action Reports, and Disaster Recovery Plans.

- Implement and manage DevSecOps or DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and security of our infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain vulnerability management processes and Troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems and provide timely resolution
