We are looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer Lead with a strong foundation in AI technologies and hands-on experience in developing prompt-based solutions using Python, ML Notebooks, and other machine learning tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in vectorization techniques, database management with Cosmos DB, and a proven track record in designing high-quality AI prompts to enhance intelligent behavior in large language models (LLMs). As a Prompt Engineer Lead, you will lead a team of prompt engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced prompt structures and strategies to optimize AI model responses for various applications.
Develop reusable prompt templates that align with the overall AI strategy and model objectives.
Experiment with prompt variations, model configurations, and vectorization techniques to enhance model performance.
Utilize Python and ML Notebooks to develop, test, and iterate on prompt designs and other AI interactions.
Implement vectorization strategies and build embedding models to improve the contextual understanding and semantic search capabilities of AI models.
Integrate AI prompts with Cosmos DB to support dynamic and scalable data management.
Leverage vector databases and indexing techniques to efficiently manage, search, and retrieve contextual information for AI models.
Design workflows to pre-process, vectorize, and structure large-scale datasets for prompt-based AI solutions.
Implement best practices for prompt evaluation, ensuring ethical and unbiased behavior in AI responses.
Establish metrics and benchmarks to continuously measure and improve prompt performance.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or machine learning, with at least 2+ years focused on prompt engineering.
Proficiency in Python and experience working with ML Notebooks.
Hands-on experience with vectorization, semantic search, and embedding models.
Experience with cloud-based databases like Cosmos DB or similar.
Experience with GPT 3.5/4 Models or similar Open Source LLMs.
Strong understanding of natural language processing, model fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
Expertise in handling large-scale data and implementing vector-based data management solutions.
Knowledge of data processing pipelines and integration of AI models with databases and APIs.
Experience with Azure cloud platform.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Leadership skills and experience managing a team of engineers.
Preferred:
Experience with Azure OpenAI Service is a huge plus.
Knowledge of ethical AI, model bias detection, and compliance frameworks.
