This individual will be responsible for preparing an explicit database, cold calling, setting up meetings, driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the technology staffing domain.
He/ She will identify opportunities, follow up with clients for meetings and stay connected with the client till conversion.
This role requires a blend of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management skills to drive growth and achieve revenue
Must have 3-4 years of experience in offering recruitment solutions (Majorly Contingent workforce/ Staff Aug/ C2H) to SIs/ Captives across various industries (BFSI, Hi-Tech, Engineering, Healthcare, Retail etc.)
Should be confident and possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and soft skills
Should hold a proven track record in terms of client connects, client acquisitions & revenue growth
Must be strong in client acquisition and relationship management
Must Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tech staffing industry through market research, networking, and prospecting
Should have exposure in preparing proposals, presentations and RFPs/ RFIs responses to win new businesses
Should be good at coordination and collaboration for a seamless execution (Internal recruitment team, operations team & clients)
Should liaison between delivery team and client for better calibration/ understanding initially
Should be strong in exploring different business opportunities from a new as well as an existing client engagement
Should be good at contract and commercial negotiations
Should be acquainted with CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline & client interactions
Must be aware of various hiring models & service offerings in recruitments
Should promote cross sales and internal collaboration
This person will be responsible for driving sales engagement in his/ her respective region.
However, He/ She will have freedom to leverage his/ her connects across.
He/ She must possess strong communication skills & should be confident.
Someone who has experience in adding/ managing large accounts and has exposure in working with enterprise-level clients is a plus.
