Lead UI/UX Designer

The Opportunity:
Were looking for a Senior UX Designer & Strategist with 10+ years of experience who can lead high-impact projects and collaborate with UX leadership in the United States to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. This role, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, will be pivotal in driving design initiatives, shaping user experiences, and partnering with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centered solutions.
In This Role, Youll Make an Impact By:
Coordinating with U.S. UX Leadership & Global Teams to ensure alignment on design strategy and execution.
Leading Design Thinking Workshops to foster creative problem-solving, generate innovative ideas, and align stakeholders.
Mapping User Journeys & Experience Flows to identify pain points and unlock opportunities for improved engagement and satisfaction.
Developing Wireframes & Prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, ensuring iterative improvements through stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
Collaborating with Product & Engineering Teams to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs, shaping cohesive digital experiences.
Establishing Scalable Design Systems to maintain consistency across enterprise-level products and services.
Conducting User Research & Usability Testing to drive data-driven decision-making and refine UX strategies.
Keeping Up with Industry Trends in Finance, Insurance, SaaS, and Healthcare to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve.
