ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

 

1.Banking Operations:
a)Initiating daily payments in INR Forex
b)Updating daily bank entries in ERP
c)Doing Bank Reconciliation
d)Timely submission of EBRC Disposal Letters
e)Timely issuing of Cheques, DD s as per requirements
f)Timely updating sheets
g)Cor-ordinating with Bank Relationship Manager for Bank related work.
h)Handling Petty Cash
i)Releasing of advance to staff duly approved by management
j)Timely payments of utilities and municipal taxes
k)Maintaining record of BG and EMD

2.Accounts Receivable Management:
a)Error free entries of baily bank receipts
b)Following up with other departments for unknown receipts
c)Doing debtors reconciliation
d)Timely sharing of outstanding reports of Debtors to Reporting Manager
e)Following up with other departments for pending payments or invoices

3.Carrying out any other task as assigned by the Reporting Manager
