KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Inspecting and testing of materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure quality specifications are met on time.
2.Preparing FPA (First Part Approval) report for new development of parts/ components (Moulded and Mechanical).
3.Checking and making reports of Incoming raw material, in process and finished components as per quality plan.
4.Reviewing and approving work instruction for manufacturing components to minimize process time and standardize production process moulding parameters of the moulded product for different materials, machine maintenance checklist.
5.Analysing problems in dyes and providing corrective measures.
6.Evaluating moulded article with CAD article to obtain deviation and report the required functional changes.
7.Identifying root cause for quality issues and ensuring implementation of modifications or corrective actions suggested.
8.Ensuring quality productivity
9.Ensuring 5 s and Kaizen at the workplace
10.Ensuring use of safety protective equipment s for the assigned task
11.Carrying out any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
