KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 2. Oversee post-market surveillance activities, including monitoring product quality, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with quality assurance teams to address any issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of product performance, service requests, and resolutions to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement efforts. 4. Monitor products performance, gather customer feedback, and implement necessary improvements or modification throughout the product life cycle. 5.
