Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating with the sales team for operations in assigned global territories 2. Support in ensuring timely and accurate communication between internal teams and external customers. 3. Follow up with existing customers regarding pending payments. 4. Assist in managing the order lifecycle, from internal work order creation to product packaging, by collaborating with the production department. 5. Ensure all documentation related to the order is complete and accurate. 6. Help coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure that orders are shipped on time and in accordance with delivery schedules. 7. Assist in maintaining and updating master sheets, sales data, and other operational documents. 8. Ensure that all records are accurately entered and easily accessible. 9. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of exhibition-related work orders and dispatch.
