Application Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Oversee post-market surveillance activities, including monitoring product quality, handling
• Customer complaints and coordinating with quality assurance teams to address any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of product performance, service requests, and resolutions to support.
• Regulatory compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor products performance, gather customer feedback, and implement necessary
• Improvements or modification throughout the product life cycle.
• Create and maintain leads which comes during the demonstration visit.
