Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Indent Management:

• Review and verify purchase indents for accuracy and completeness.
• Act in alignment with indent requirements, ensuring procurement matches specifications.

2. Vendor Coordination and Registration:

• Source vendors, take quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms for cost-effective procurement.
• Register new vendors as per company policies and maintain an updated vendor database.

3. Repair and Service Coordination:

• Manage and coordinate service or repair-related indents, ensuring timely resolution.

4. Departmental Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding their specific indent requirements.
• Handle procurement queries related to Building Management Systems(BMS), electronics, and IT needs.
• Manage requirements for accessories and other items from non- technical departments such as Administration, HR, Production, Tender, and Marketing.

5. Order Placement and Follow-Up:

• Place orders through online platforms like Amazon and other e-

commerce websites as needed.

• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
