Job Description :

- 5+ years of experience in VBA development or a similar role

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Excel/ MS ACCESS automation to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and tools using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

- Maintain and enhance existing VBA-based tools, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

- Create, debug, and test VBA code to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Convert existing VBA to SQL.

- Document code and provide user-friendly technical documentation and instructions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VBA applications.

- Expert with integrating VBA with other systems and data sources (e.g., databases, APIs).

- Knowledge of SQL or other database management tools.

Responsibilities :

Writing code : Create and maintain VBA code to automate tasks in Microsoft Office applications

Debugging : Test and debug VBA code to ensure it's reliable and error-free

Documenting : Create documentation for VBA code to support future maintenance and reference

Collaborating : Work with business users to understand their needs and gather requirements

Designing : Design and implement VBA solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity

Training : Provide training and support to end users so they can use the tools effectively

Staying current : Keep up with VBA best practices and new developments in the field
