Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect specializing in scalable and resilient solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data science, architecture, cloud computing & data pipeline optimization. Knowledge on natural language processing (NLP) technologies would be a big plus. You will be responsible for architecting and developing cutting-edge solutions powered with AI enabled automation to meet the strategic goals of various projects, leveraging your experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect Solutions : Design, architect, and oversee implementation of large-scale machine learning systems and data pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Team Leadership : Lead a cross-functional team of data engineers, full stack developers, and data analysts to develop end-to-end solutions.

- Cloud Deployment : Architect solutions using cloud services (AWS, Docker, S3, Lambda, Sagemaker) and implement AIOps pipelines for production environments.

- Data Analysis & Insights : Conduct exploratory data analysis and design advanced machine learning models for tasks such as anomaly detection, recommendation systems, customer behavior prediction, and other use cases.

- Collaboration : Work with stakeholders to define business problems and design appropriate solutions, ensuring the alignment of technology with business objectives.

- Documentation & Code Quality : Ensure high-quality documentation of the solution architecture, data flow, and data pipelines. Establish coding best practices across the team.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Programming Languages : Python, SQL, R, Java, React (optional)

- Machine Learning Frameworks : TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PySpark, Transformers, CNN, RNN, LLM, NLP - in depth in one or more.

- Data Tools : Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, Kafka, Kubernetes

- Cloud Services : AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, Sagemaker, DynamoDB), Docker, Serverless

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development roles, with proven success in architecting innovative & fault tolerant solutions.

- Experience leading teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.

- Expertise in handling large datasets and designing scalable data pipelines.

- Experience in model deployment and AIOps in production environments.

- Education : B. Tech in Computer Science /Data Science/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field from a reputed institution such as NIT.

- Achievements in setting automated and AI powered Data pipelines /Dev Ops pipelines
