Role : Solution Architect/Associate Solution Architect - AI

Overview :

We are seeking a Solution Architect or Associate Solution Architect specializing in AI and Machine Learning to lead and architect cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions. This role demands expertise in Generative AI, data science, and MLOps, along with a strong passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Solution Design : Architect complex AI solutions integrating layered AI services, logic, and robust data readiness practices with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLMs.

- MLOps Leadership : Implement and promote MLOps best practices for scalable and efficient AI/ML development.

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering technical growth and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

- Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions.

- Innovation : Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to drive team and organizational competency building.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience developing ML-powered services and algorithms.

- Proven track record in building enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.

- Experience with Generative AI/LLMs and tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and Haystack.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, R, and diverse ML algorithms.

- Familiarity with AWS ML stack, including SageMaker Jumpstart/Canvas and Bedrock.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
