Job Description
- Providing support to employees in the specialist departments.
- Support for SAP and related applications such as WWI server, Management Portal, and Customer Information Portal.
- Reviewing and correcting master data if necessary.
- Receiving, classifying, prioritizing, and processing user requests (via SolMan ITSM system, email, or phone) in English.
- Processing and reviewing authorization requests.
- Creating ITSM software change requests for program or process adjustments.
- Supporting problem management. Monitoring interfaces and resolving issues via an incident ticket if errors occur.
- Monitoring batch input maps and resolving errors if they occur.
- Providing application support, including small customization tasks within the scope of a project, in close collaboration with the EHS functional consultant and project team.
- Optimizing and ensuring the availability of SAP EHS considering the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Documenting support problems and solutions.
- Analysing and resolving problems in ongoing operations. Assisting in managing Product Safety and Dangerous Goods documentation.
- Supporting the creation, updating, and distribution of product safety data sheets to logistic systems, product managers, and end customers.
- Maintaining and updating EHS master data using systems like Expert and ERC Data Content. Supporting users in Management Portal and Customer Information Portal.
- Monitoring WWI generation process. Monitoring and interpreting EHS interfaces.
- Coordinating with the Corporate Regulatory department of W rth Companies.
- Working closely with local product stewards at W rth companies to ensure consistency and compliance in EHS practices.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for EHS-related systems and applications.
- Assisting in developing training materials and delivering training sessions for EHS procedures and system use.
- Helping develop action plans to address any identified issues or areas of improvement. Assisting in the investigation of EHS incidents.
- Supporting the documentation of incidents and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Providing assistance to product managers and end customers regarding EHS documentation and data sheet.
