Job Title - Compensation Lead
Segment / Business Corporate - Human Resources
Summary :
Working within the Total Rewards team, the Compensation Lead manages a small team of compensation professionals to deliver compensation solutions for their assigned client group. The role involves partnering with HR and Business Leaders to implement the Compensation strategy, contributing to and in-line with the overall Global plan as part of a best-in-class function.
Responsibilities :
The Role:
- Provide expertise and input into global compensation strategy
- Design and deliver all Compensation processes, including annual cycle and mid-year
- Develop and implement the Segment/ Geo Compensation strategy and plan, partnering with the Talent Lead Advisor and Business Leaders
- Design, lead and implement global compensation programs, managing across multiple workstreams to oversee effective delivery
- Act as a total reward subject matter expert, keeping up to date with leading market practice to ensure best in class total reward programs are delivered
- Manage a small team of compensation professionals with a focus on development
Requirements:
The Requirements:
- Significant experience of managing compensation and/or rewards in a global business
- Good knowledge of the market, trends, regulations and economic environment
- Experience in managing global projects with the ability to build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
- Ability to navigate, influence and operate in a complex, highly matrixed environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information in a compelling way
- Desirable - Degree, or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
