Role & responsibilities
Pre-Construction:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and feasibility studies.
Develop and manage budgets, cash flow projections, and cost plans.
Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize cost efficiency.
Procurement:
Manage procurement strategies and tendering processes.
Evaluate contractor bids and provide recommendations.
Negotiate and finalize contracts.
Project Delivery:
Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.
Manage variations, change orders, and claims.
Post-Construction:
Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation.
Provide post-project cost reviews and lessons learned.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma/ B.E in Civil Engineering/ PGDM in relevant stream.
MRICS will be preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management roles.
Familiarity with industry standards and software
