Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Pune.

- In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of water and wastewater treatment plant projects, ensuring efficient project execution, inspections, expediting, and logistics management.

- Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects, driving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end execution of water and wastewater treatment plant projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to oversee project progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project flow.

- Expedite project activities by ensuring that all necessary resources, materials, and services are available for timely completion.

- Supervise and provide guidance to project teams in the areas of inspection, quality control, and logistics management.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project status and deliverables.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- 6+ Years of Experience

- Proven expertise in Project Management, with specific experience in Expediting, Inspection, and Logistics Management.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Experience in the Water and Wastewater Treatment industry is highly preferred.
