Role Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader for our India-based team. The individual we seek will take responsibility for managing the overall Project Management Office (PMO) team within the department, will act as the primary interface between the UK and India, will have line management responsibility and will be fundamental in growing our iCRC capability. Reporting to the Head of Department in WSP India, this role is considered business-critical.
As a Team Leader, you will ensure a proactive approach to resource management, talent management, staff development and succession planning to meet the requirements for the ongoing development of the Development community whilst supporting and driving its future within the business
