Senior Engineer - BMS

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - BMS (Building Management Systems) to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing BMS solutions that meet our clients needs and expectations. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative BMS solutions for commercial and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, design drawings, and operational manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to building management systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in Building Management Systems design
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Trane, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Professional certification (e.g., CET, PMP, LEED) is a plus.
