Job Description
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about visual storytelling and effective communication? Our ERI executive team is seeking a Communications and Design Coordinator to elevate the visual impact of key documents and presentations. This role is integral to developing polished executive presentations, strategy documents, newsletters, statements of qualifications, proposals, and marketing materials. Youll play a pivotal part in preparing compelling PowerPoint briefs and ensuring all deliverables align with our brand and strategic goals.
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate with many teams across the organization, blending creativity with coordination. As the role evolves, youll also have the chance to contribute to content development and internal project management.
What Youll Do
- Design and deliver visually impactful materials, including presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral, aligned with brand standards.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content and integrate innovative ideas.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to continually enhance design and communication outputs.
- Actively contribute to a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while managing multiple short- and long-term projects.
What You ll Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual communications.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and design tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Responsiveness, demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact work.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently while contributing to team success.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in virtual settings.
