Job Title: Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
2. Utilize advanced technical knowledge to analyze, design, and develop engineering solutions
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional development
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into company products and services
5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and implement innovative engineering practices and technologies
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve and optimize engineering processes
7. Handle any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project, providing effective and efficient solutions

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engineering projects
3. Extensive technical expertise in a highway design engineering discipline.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in engineering
6. Proficiency in various engineering software and tools (Civil 3D & Open Roads)
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
