Engineer - Roads & Highways

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop plans for new road and highway construction projects, considering factors such as traffic flow, environmental impact, and safety regulations.
2. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess the condition of existing roads and highways, and recommend strategies for maintenance and repairs.
3. Collaborate with government agencies, community stakeholders, and other professionals to gather input and ensure that projects meet the needs of the community.
4. Review and analyze technical reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure that designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
5. Oversee construction activities and provide technical guidance to ensure that projects are executed according to plan.

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
3. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
4. Excellent project management and communication abilities.
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
