As a Senior Specialist L&OD, you will provide a wide range of behavioural, capability development, leadership & professional skills development and learning interventions to professionals across business /regions/global projects. You will devise, design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.

Design, develop and deliver end-to-end learning solutions to meet the business outcomes.
Work with Business Leaders and Region Leads to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business and develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions.
Participate in or lead regional and/or global learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships.
Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published, and leveraged for decision making.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results.
Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures.
Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process.
Fully conversant with Microsoft 365, including Excel, MS Teams
Experience with Oracle Business Platform and in particular Oracle Learning
Experience with Learning Experience Platform technology would be desired.
Takes an agile and flexible, solution-oriented approach and demonstrates willingness to take ownership.
