Software Test Manager

A quality assurance test manager who uses business, technical and functional knowledge to build testing strategies using QA best practices and methodologies along with managing the tests execution and the team workload.
What you will do.
Manage test activities by setting up test concepts, planning timelines, defining the scope for app release executions, and establishing release-specific technical test setups.
Coordinate project team test resources for continuous testing and system verifications Clarify cross-team issues and resolve interdependencies.
Keep an overview of the current app quality status and be SPOC for app quality issues Regulatory Activities.
Create, maintain, and manage regulatory test documentation, oversee the change management process, and collaborate with the Release Engineer and Release Manager in the release process.
Establish team processes, define roles, nurture key talents, and lead hiring efforts.
What you bring.
Experience.
5+ years of experience as Software test manager preferable for medical devices.
Experience with most/all areas of the software test lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test environment setup/data creation and test execution.
As Regulatory Test Manager, participating in design reviews and document releases, contribute to internal and external audits, and manage the team and its members.
Strong technical and analytical skills, educational background, Self-motivated, team player and leadership qualities.
