Agile Software Manager (Scrum Master)

We are the key experts for the central App Component communicating to our hearing systems mainly via BLE. Quality is in our DNA.

To achieve the above purpose, we are currently looking out for an Agile Software Manager who would be based out of our RD office in Hyderabad.

This is leadership role responsible to help shape a high performing team and develop, up- and re-skill individual contributors within the team according to the needs of the organization.

The second part of the role is of a Scrum Master for the respective team who foster an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration and high performance within and across the development teams to enable the team and AoE to contribute to and achieve our organizational goals.

Clan facilitation:

• Plan and facilitate the Planning meeting.
• Facilitate the daily stand-ups.
• Plan and facilitate the Review meeting with customers (internal and external)
• Plan and facilitate the clan s retrospective session.
• Remove clan impediments and drive/engage in impediment removal external to the clan.
• Remove clan impediments and drive/engage in impediment removal external to the clan.
• Support clan members in their day-to-day activities to maximize flow.
• Drive clan towards a positive team-spirit, built on collaboration.

Project related tasks:

• Point-of-contact for clan
• Help with facilitating estimation sessions as input to planning activity
• Coordinate across clans daily.

People management:

• Recruitments and dismissals
• Align expectations and priorities by regular review of employee performance
• Ensure job descriptions, WPD and regular conversations with employee (1:1)
• Administration of vacation and other absence
• Inspire, Motivate and secure performance
• Coach and help develop team members: resolve deficient behavior, recognize and encourage excellent performance

Competence and knowledge management

• Ensure QMS training and document compliance
• Ensure competence development aligned with WSA strategy

Develop, document and improve processes and best practices for the area of work .

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team as line manager or scrum master.
• Practical experience working as a Scrum Master for cross functional teams.
• Technical leadership or managing/developing teams preferred.
• Bachelor s in computer engineering or similar relevant field.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar agile certifications is a plus.
