About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and certified Scrum Master with 4-5 years of experience , preferably within fast-paced startup environments . The ideal candidate will have worked on cloud-based SaaS platforms , driving Agile practices to enable high-performing teams. You will play a critical role in fostering collaboration, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality products.

We re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, has been part of a product-focused organization (0-1 stage), and can champion Agile methodologies to deliver value quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master for teams developing cloud-based SaaS products , ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Partner closely with Product team to maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog and align teams with business goals.

• Identify, address, and remove impediments to optimize team performance and ensure successful product delivery.

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

• Act as the Agile advocate across the organization, driving best practices and enabling the teams to achieve their highest potential.

• Track, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders and leadership.

• Promote a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables within the team and organization.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven success in startup environments and product companies at a 0-1 stage .

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory .

• Strong experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms .

• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA , Confluence , or equivalent.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to track and communicate Agile metrics to drive team accountability and continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, SDLC processes, and Agile delivery in product-based companies.

• Experience working in startups during their 0-1 journey with product teams.

• Exposure to distributed teams and remote collaboration practices.
