Executive Assistant

Administrative Support

• Provide high-level administrative support which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.

Meeting Coordination and Support

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure follow-up on action items and deadlines, tracking progress and providing status updates to the executive team.

Documentation and Record Keeping

• Prepare and distribute internal documents, reports, and presentations, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, and other relevant materials as required.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and access to information as needed.
• All BD and Team Approvals , Tour Plan and Expenses Keeping Records on monthly basis.

Executive Support and Initiatives

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the executive office.
• Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide support and assistance to facilitate their day-to-day activities.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
