Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to support partner with our Operations and Finance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing effective people practices in mid-size growth organizations. The incumbent will have a strong background in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and Variable Pay Design. This role is crucial in driving HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Services, Logistics or Hospitality industries.

- Proven experience in partnering business leaders on areas of talent management, performance management, organization design, and manpower planning.

- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and EVP development.

- Expertise in designing and managing variable pay programs.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
