HR Business Partner

1.Strategic HR Support:

• Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop strategies to support business goals.
• Align HR initiatives with business priorities, driving performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Implement & execute HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

2.Talent Management:

• Work with leadership to define talent gaps and create development plans for high-potential employees.
• Develop and manage employee development programs, including leadership training, skills development, and career progression plans.

3.Learning & Development:

• Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
• Design and curate learning experiences tailored to the needs of the organization and employees.
• Lead and manage the delivery of training programs, evaluate and select external training providers and resources as needed for specialized training and assess the success of development plans.
• Capture the business ROI of the high spent business training programs.
• Create and lead leadership development programs designed to enhance the skills of current and future leaders.

4.Organizational Development:

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change management initiatives.
• Help manage organizational culture and facilitate a healthy, high-performance environment.

5.Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure that HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance).
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.

6.HR Projects and Initiatives:

• Lead or participate in HR-related projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
• Contribute to initiatives designed to improve employee experience and organizational outcomes.
