We are looking for a dynamic Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via inbound
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality standards.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any field.
• Experience: Fresher or 6 months+ experience in a voice process (BPO/Call Center).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English & Hindi & Odisha & Kannada & Telugu.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
