Key Responsibilities:

Target Revenue Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.

- Assist the leadership team in geographical expansion and acquiring companies

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on target revenue goals.

Client Acquisition Excellence:

- Collaborate with the media and client relations teams to create compelling presentations and develop effective media planning strategies.

- Pitch the strategy and media plan to clients.

Intelligence and Insights:

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to uncover valuable insights.

- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

- Communicate findings and proposals to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Project Management and Execution:

- Initiate and manage ad-hoc strategic projects to address specific business needs.

- Collaborate with teams to develop and track key performance metrics.

- Ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Organizational Alignment:

- Align the company's overall strategy with the various operational and functional areas.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure cohesive execution of the company's vision.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, or business development role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
