Job Description
- Responsible to establish project framework for delivering Engineering and design, provide cross discipline supervision by directing project and discipline execution activities.
- Build trust and positive relationship between engineering teams of Customer, lead office & GID. Foster culture of continual improvement.
- Ensure proper implementation and application of work share methodology / work processes. Promote operational level teamwork in support of successful work share .
- Ensures discipline technical work and team activities meet all HSE statutory , IP , Customer specs , local / global standards and design integrity requirements .
- Participates in project execution strategy and planning. Drives innovative solutions, technology advances .Develops Engineering plans to support successful project delivery.
- Resource loading and skill requirement is well aligned with Dept Managers . Mentors / trains and supports the process of training.
- Should have executed NH3 / Methanol Projects (FEED / Detailed engineering exp) in PEM role or Process /Piping lead.
- Minimum 2 Projects experience as PEM of medium to large size project from reputed engineering organization.
- Workshare execution experience with either Europe or America region.
- Good understanding of engineering workflows, interdisciplinary flow of information, managing interfaces.
