The Role

As a Administrative Assistant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc .

• Helping the insurance team maintain the tracker and files.
• Ensuring the documents are saved as per the procedures.
• Processing the invoices and keeping track of payments.
• Assist the Claims Manager with claim filings and follow ups as needed.
• Responsible for generating and distributing various internal claim reports.
• Other duties as may be required.
