The Role

As a Senior Piping Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc .

• Lead and manage piping engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor, guide, and lead a team of 20-25 piping engineers and designers, fostering professional development and collaboration.
• Oversee all phases of engineering, including concept, basic, and detailed engineering.
• Provide visible leadership and governance in engineering delivery, ensuring compliance with national and international codes and standards.
• Conduct Technical Bid Analysis and vendor data reviews, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively in workshare and global integrated delivery environments.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of 3D modeling, layout engineering, technical specifications, and tender bid evaluations for mineral beneficiation plants, DRI plants, battery materials plants, and material handling systems.
• Utilize piping software such as E3D, S3D, and CAESAR II to support design and analysis.
• Understand project requirements related to productivity and schedule control.
• Interact effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with other disciplines (Civil/Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver clear communications and presentations to clients and lead offices.
• Support proposal engineering efforts and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Be open to short-term travel and deputation to sites or lead offices as required.
