Job Description :
Managed Services Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide ongoing support for One Identity solutions, including Identity Manager (1IM), Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) for multiple client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management, access provisioning, and governance, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Work with client teams to resolve complex technical challenges, investigate performance issues, and ensure system stability.
System Maintenance & Optimization :
- Monitor the health of One Identity systems across multiple client environments and perform necessary optimizations to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
- Perform regular patching, upgrades, and system updates for One Identity solutions, ensuring that systems remain secure and compliant with industry standards.
- Identify and implement performance improvements and best practices for system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams :
- Communicate and collaborate with client teams to understand their IAM needs and ensure that One Identity solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist clients in developing and optimizing IAM workflows and processes within One Identity.
Security & Compliance Management :
- Ensure that One Identity systems meet security best practices, including implementing role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Monitor compliance requirements for client environments (e., GDPR, HIPAA) and ensure that One Identity solutions are configured to meet those standards.
Client Engagement & Documentation :
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding One Identity support, providing ongoing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and system recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for each client environment, including configurations, integrations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Create knowledge base articles and client-facing documentation to aid in issue resolution and system understanding.
Training & Knowledge Transfer :
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on best practices, system usage, and troubleshooting processes.
- Stay current with One Identity updates, new features, and industry trends, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in supporting and administering One Identity solutions (One Identity Manager, Governance, PAM) in a managed services environment.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IAM, user provisioning, role-based access control, and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with implementing and managing One Identity solutions across multiple client environments.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise in One Identity Manager (1IM), Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and related One Identity tools.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, cloud identity solutions (e., Azure AD), and how they integrate with One Identity solutions.
- Experience with scripting in PowerShell, utilizing REST APIs, and automation tools for system maintenance and optimization.
- Familiarity with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, and the ability to query logs and configurations for troubleshooting purposes.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills :
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills to address performance issues, system failures, and client-specific challenges.
Security & Compliance Knowledge :
- Familiarity with security best practices for identity management, including RBAC, SoD, and least privilege.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and how these influence IAM solutions.
Communication & Client Management :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to provide customer-centric support and manage relationships effectively.
Certifications :
- One Identity Certified (e., One Identity Manager Certified, or similar IAM certifications) preferred.
- Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other IAM/security certifications are a plus
