Senior/Assistant Manager - HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the assigned location(s).

Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.

Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract quality candidates.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction.

Facilitate training programs and workshops for new employees.

Employee Engagement:

Implement strategies to boost employee morale and retention.

Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Statutory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and other regulatory requirements.

Manage compliance documentation, audits, and inspections for assigned locations.

HR Operations:

Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.

Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.

Performance Management:

Facilitate the performance appraisal process.

Work with managers to identify training needs and career development plans.

Policy Implementation:

Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the assigned locations.

Recommend policy modifications based on feedback and organizational needs.

Coordination with Cross-functional Teams:

Collaborate with operational teams at Bidadi, Hoskote, and Devanahalli locations to align HR goals with business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in 3PL or Contract Staffing organizations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication in English and Kannada is a must .
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple locations effectively
• Experience working in Client location will be a added advantage ..
