SEO Head (12-16 yrs)

Job Description:

- Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page tactics.

- Manage and mentor a team of SEO Specialists, ensuring alignment on goals, deadlines, and best practices.

- Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

- Oversee audits to identify and resolve site issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, or poor site speed.

- Work with content creators to produce optimized and high-ranking content that aligns with user intent.

- Overseeing team KPIs and fostering collaboration among team members for enhanced productivity.

- Create detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges and opportunities.

- Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO considerations are integrated into all projects.

- Leverage AI and automation to optimize SEO workflows.

Desired Profile:

- Must be currently heading SEO of a large Organization.

- Must have minimum 12 years of experience with minimum 5 years managing a large team of SEO Specialists.

- Must have deep understanding of Technical SEO.
