Global Lead - HR Business Partner (6-10 yrs)

Position Overview: We are looking for a Global Lead HR Business Partner for the Pune office who will play a crucial role in creating apositive work environment and improving employee experience and engagement. They will be accountable for the below:

- Employee Experience (Example: Company's Glassdoor rating, GPTW Score)

- Retention (Example: Strategy and managing the Attrition Rate)

- Process Design and Optimization: Develop, standardize, and optimize HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and exit tracking. Ensure compliance and operational efficiency in all HR workflows.

- Benefits: Develop and design comprehensive insurance and benefits plans as per industry standards

- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for talent retention. Identify key drivers of retention and align initiatives to address these factors.

- HR Analytics Expertise: Analyze employee data to derive actionable insights and conduct gap analysis.

- Rewards & Recognition: Design and implement employee recognition programs. Align rewards with company values and employee performance metrics.

- Two-Way Communication: Organize and facilitate town halls for leadership updates and open discussions. Promote usage of digital communication platforms. Plan and execute Open dialogue sessions between leadership and employees.

- Advanced HRMS/Technology Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
