Salesforce Administrator - ERP Analyst

Job role:

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
• Handle all basic administrative functions including creation and implementation of reports, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
• Work with our top management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
• Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

Experience:

• 3+ yrs years of experience as Salesforce ERP specialist and administrator

Duties and responsibilities:

• API integrations, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
• Product implementation, administration, handle client queries, impart training to stakeholders, handle customer queries, customer service.
• post implementation support, round the clock availability, new client on-boarding & timely resolution of complaints.
• Familiarity with current ERP features and functionalities.
• ERP training, implementation, customization, development, and support.
• Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
• Work on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, creating data sheets and trackers, data extracts for sales, operational and/or audit purposes.
• Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards.
• Provide ERP application support for all users across.
• Leverage change and release management process to ensure all platform updates and upgrades are thoroughly tested and signed-off prior to go-live.
• Partner with vendor regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
• Working on shorter timelines and getting quick executions done.
