Job Description
- Configure and customize the ERP system based on business requirements.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Provide technical support to ERP users and resolve any user-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the ERP system.
- Create and update user manuals, guides, and training materials.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in ERP system administration, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Familiarity with system integration and API usage.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
