Job Description
- Implement and support ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Design and generate Crystal Reports to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business needs.
- Manage and troubleshoot ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of VB programming for ERP customization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and support.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and Crystal Reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with VB programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
