Assist customers with inquiries and issues through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with the engineering and product team to escalate and resolve Incidents and complex problems.
Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
Assist in creating and updating support documentation.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
What does it take to be in this role
Good Communication and Writing Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Good Knowledge of SQL : Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
API : A basic understanding of API concepts (e.g., GET, POST, authentication methods) and proficiency in using tools like Postman or any similar API testing tools is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
Flexibility : Flexible to work in any working hours, including potential off-hours as needed.
Must haves:
Python : Basic knowledge of Python scripting for automating routine tasks and analyzing data.
Good to have:
Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
