Job Overview:
The Vice President of Marketing will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness. This role encompasses the oversight of all marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, Lead Generation, Events, Branding and Public Relations, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives. Additionally, the VP will analyze competitive landscape trends and provide innovative ideas to differentiate the company in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates inside sales efforts with initiatives to optimize lead generation and conversion rates. SEO & SEM Management: Oversee all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve visibility and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
Web Development Oversight: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure that our websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance, incorporating the latest technologies and trends.
Creative Design: Guide the creative design process to produce compelling visuals and marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with target audiences.
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision and mission, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
Public Relations Management: Develop and manage comprehensive PR strategies that enhance the company's reputation, manage media relations, and promote positive stories about our brand and services.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event Marketing Leadership: Design and implement strategic event marketing initiatives, including conferences, promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to achieve departmental goals.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in marketing efforts.
